Your Song was guiding me into the blue depths of my heart

I reached

the haunted coral cave

where

kraken lurk

blind sharks

snakes with poison-dripping fangs

Your Voice was gushing from my blood

nameless things tore at my throat

scars burst open

weeping silent screams

I was drowning

in the swirling past

Your mighty Breath was thundering in my chest

one gulp of air

absolved me

I melted into sound and seaweed

breathed through tear-soaked coral

into the freedom of the Seven Seas

My Soul embraced me deep in welcome whispering of love and peace
